Took a Couple of Tests Today …

I took a couple of those stupid blog quizzes LOML likes so much.  And I had a third test to take, too.

The results of some were better than others.  Let me give you the results.

The first was “What Color Glasses Do You See the World Through?”, or some other such rubbish.  Here’s how that one turned out.

You See the World Through Blue Colored Glasses
You live your life with tranquility. You have faith that things will work themselves out with time.
You judge all your interactions through the lens of hope. You try to get all the facts before forming your opinion.

You face challenges with wisdom. You know that all bad things pass, and you have the confidence to see problems through.
You see love as the utmost expression of trust. Your relationships tend to be peaceful and stable.

At your worst, you can be cool, melancholy, and detached. You sometimes have to step back from emotionally charged situations.
You are at your happiest when you are able to reflect and relax.

====================

Then there was the “What Role Do You Play?” quiz, the result of which I was quite proud, actually.  It made me wish these ridiculous wastes of time were credible somehow.  Oh well … true is true.

You Are the Storyteller
You have a way with words, and you love hearing yourself talk.
You are at your best when you have an audience, and you can carry on a conversation with anyone.

You are light hearted and fun – a natural entertainer. It’s a side of you that you can’t really turn off.
You thrive on attention (perhaps a little too much), and you love applause.

When you allow yourself to be serious, you can be a moving and articulate speaker.
Your words have power, and not just the power to make people laugh.

====================

That led me to my third test of the day.

I’ll preface by saying I didn’t fare as well on test three.

  1. On the other test, I am the Guru:

    “You are a naturally good counselor. You are inspiring, encouraging, and compassionate.
    You are eager to help everyone who crosses your path, even those who don’t want to be helped.

    You are a natural healer. People feel at peace when they are with you.
    You are so good for people, in fact, that they go through withdrawal once you’re gone. (emphasis is mine)

    You quietly do your own thing, without openly resisting. You secretly try to fix every problem.
    Your biggest regret is not being able to help as many people as you’d like.”

  2. Sherri — No, didn’t hear you, but sorry I missed it. 🙂 Interesting we’re EXACTLY THE SAME. And if an INTERNET QUIZ MADE BY SOMEONE ON THE INTERNET AND NOT A CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST OR SOCIOLOGIST say it, man — it’s GOTTA be true! Right?? 😉

    Miss you. Glad you stopped by. 🙂

  3. I think it’s true. Don’t you go through withdrawals when I’m gone?

    j/k. Seriously, it sounds like me. Helping those who don’t want to be helped, secretly trying to fix problems… Yep, me.

  4. Sherri — ROFL! Yeah? Okay, I’ll take you at your word on that. 😉

    Go to my fiction blog and play along with our 125 or fewer wordcount descriptions with no adjectives game. 🙂

Hey, what's up? Tell me whatcha think!
