Happy Holiday!

Okay, it’s not a holiday, it’s just the day most people get off work to commemorate the holiday. Yesterday was the holiday, as most of you know (at least here in the US), and with the help of my bud WIGSF fighting ignorance and stupidity everywhere, I know now that last Thursday was Canada Day, the Canadian celebratory equivalent of our 4th of July here in the US.

So, all that said, I hope wherever on the continent you reside, you had a happy and safe celebration.

Tomorrow is back tot he grind for most of you and is a momentous day for us here too. We have a lot hanging in the balance, as you know, and no sign of relief anywhere. We don’t have many prospects and we don’t have as much control over our circumstances as we’d like. So Tuesday will be huge for us. I have a couple of calls I’ll have to make and see what shakes out. If nothing does, well … let’s hope it doesn’t come to that.

Cryptic enough for you? Well, if you’re the praying kind, we need it desperately. If not, whatever you do in equivalence would be welcome. Otherwise sending money is always welcome. 😉

Anyway, I hope you had a great weekend and are safely home with loved ones today, having a great Monday off.

God bless you. 🙂

  1. I find the best way to fight ignorance is with a heavy stick or failing that, a lead pipe. “I’m ‘onna beat da idjit outta you!”

I’m more of a sawed-off shotgun guy myself. Right in the face at close range works well.

  2. You should put a paypal button on your site. I hope Tuesday goes well.

Thanks hon. I tried to figure out how to do the PayPal button thing; but I figured, no one likes a beggar. Oh well. Maybe I’ll do it now. Thanks again.

  3. Well, I’m not sure a shotgun to the face makes the ignorant less ignorant. It might make them just ignorant and scared, which is not really an ideal combo. But maybe I’m ignorant, so ignore me. 😉

Oh, well you’re probably right, heh. But once the trigger is pulled, ignorance comes to an end. 😉

Anyway! I hope good things are coming your way and that whatever this near future holds for you, that it all contains blessings. We never know what form a blessing will take after all or where things will lead.

    Best wishes.

Thank you very much. Sometimes I forget. 🙂

  4. All due prayers and best wishes your way, friend.

Thank you, kind sir. You’ve been a good friend and you will always be in my prayers, too. 🙂
